In our kitchen, our team of Master Chefs and Cooks are coming from France and Asia. They are combining their strong international know-how, their traditions and the local ingredients (Halal certified) to produce contemporary, delicious and handcrafted food. We have 10 years of experience in providing full-service catering and events.

Meet Our Chefs

Nicolas Bouynet

French Chef

Chef Nicolas Bouynet is responsible for designing menus, coordinating the staff and running the events.

His childhood in Bordeaux and the Dordogne in France gave him his passion for cuisine. After his graduation, his work took him around the world (Caribbean, Korea etc). He was trained by famous Master Chefs such as Chef Philippe Etchebest and Chef Thierry Marx.

For Chef Nicolas Bouynet, it is all about the freshest, tastiest local products he can find. He enjoys working with seasonal raw ingredients, shares his French heritage and experiments new cooking worldwide techniques. 

His favorite dish: Boeuf Bourguignon (French beef stew)
Christian Chauvet

French Chef

Chef Christian Chauvet is in charge of supervising kitchen, all food preparation and handling methods. He was graduated in South of France and fine-tuned his skills at a variety of local restaurants over 10 years. He learnt to prepare foods for 4 stars hotels, gastronomic restaurants and catering activities. In 1996, he decided to extend his knowledge abroad and went to England, Caribbean and Malaysia.

His extensive and diversified expertise in management and cooking made him a tremendous asset for your event.

His favorite dish: Saint-Honoré (French pastry)
